Autumn Begins

It’s been a very hot, dry summer in Texas.   Thankfully, the first day of Fall arrived today and the Shanklin family of Georgetown, Texas headed to San Gabriel River Park to enjoy the day.   Brothers Jaden, Darian, and Noah scoped out minnows and tadpoles from the bridge overlooking the San Gabriel River (there’s a bit of water in it now after a recent rain).   Along for the day were the boys’ parents Demond and Anitra Shanklin, and older brother Dajuan, 13.   Keep praying for rain.
