101203 NEAR JONAH, TEXAS: When Albert Garcia was baling hay this year at his home just off Texas Highway 29, he decided to add a bit of levity to his work. Thus a set of legs sticking out one end of a bale. In time-honored Texas tradition, the legs were clad in Wrangler jeans.
