Good day.  Thank you for visiting my site.

I grew up in northeast Texas, eventually graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a degree in photojournalism.   After an internship at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, I spent a little time at the Tyler (Texas) Morning Telegraph, but soon moved across the state line to the Shreveport Journal, where I spent six wonderful years.  Fearing the demise of the Journal, I once again moved east, to work at the Atlanta Journal & Constitution.  After spending 29 years in Atlanta, I returned to Texas, but am in no way retired!   Most days, when not wandering around the prairie, I’m taking photos for the Williamson County Sun.
